The Hall knife uses high carbon steel that is heat treated and tempered through a time consuming, exacting process. 

This is done to a level that provides the best edge retention and ease of sharpening. After treating and assembly, each blade is skillfully hand sharpened to provide a superior trim of the frog & sole of the foot.

Choose from several different styles in left and right handed, long or regular handles all with a polished blade
